Once you time recorder reaches our service centre, our experienced technicians will assess your clock and ring you to give a quotation on the cost of repairs. Please allow 2-3 days for the repairs to take place, especially if they are extensive. Whether you choose to proceed with the quotation or not is entirely up to you! We will also quote on the cost of a new, replacement unit for further options.
