 Global Time Systems has acquired International Time Systems. You will find all ex-International Time Systems products on our website. Should you require a specific product and it is not listed, please contact us.

 Our Courier supplier networks have advised delays due to unforeseen circumstances, especially into Western Australia. If your orders are urgent, we advise to select Express Courier shipping which is via Toll Priority Air Freight as this is the quickest service we have available.

Shipping & Delivery

We use a wide range of couriers to deliver your products all around Australia. There is no place we haven’t gone to, nor is there any place we wouldn’t go to. Where ever you have employees in Australia, we can send to. We offer 3 types of freighting solutions to suit your needs.

  1. General Road Express Delivery (Australia-Wide) by Couriers Please and Toll IPEC (1-8 days)
  2. Express Overnight-Air Delivery (Australia-Wide) by Toll Priority (1-2 days)
  3. PO Box Delivery (Australia-Wide) including Star Track Express (1-5 days)

Delivery to PO Boxes will incur an additional manual $33 surcharge for delivery by Star Track Express (Australia Posts’ courier service). To avoid this, please use a street address.

Privacy & Security

At Global Time Systems Pty Ltd, we take your privacy and security seriously. That is why we work with the most reputable couriers in the industry to ensure you receive your parcels in a timely and secure fashion. Furthermore, confidential information that is provided to us (“Global Time Systems Pty Ltd”) by you (“Customer”) is never released to 3rd parties under any circumstances. We take your privacy seriously. All transactions are processed through a secure Westpac Online Payment Gateway and the transaction may be verified through 3D Secure. 

Returns & Replacements

All new products come with a full manufacturer 12 month warranty on all parts and labor costs required to return your machine back to working order should in the unlikely event a failure happen with your product. Please have the Tax Invoice attached to the goods for return to our warehouse, so they can both be assessed. Please choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. We fully guide you throughout the purchase process to ensure that the products you purchase are what you initially require. As with electronic goods, as soon as they are opened and used, they can no longer be sold as ‘new’. Please help us in understanding this.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We try hard to keep our prices down. To do this, we require payment on completion of your purchase. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept both MasterCard and VISA as payment options with all forms of ordering. Credit Card payment are processed the quickest and thus means your products are dispatched the quickest. We also accept payment by Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer EFT) and Cheque. Seen it cheaper? We try hard to monitor our competition but sometimes we may overlook a recent deal or promotion. Our cheaper prices also come with great service and passionate staff wanting to go the extra mile for you, something a little rare to see in this day. We have a long history in Australia and are here to stay, making sure your valuable investments last the distance. Viewing Orders

Online Orders are sent directly to you via email. Order updates are also sent. You can view your order online if you have set up a “My Account”. Please log-in using your email address and password.

30 day Accounts

Are you a Australian Government Department? If so, we offer 30 day accounts on presentation of an official Departmental Purchase Order. You can either phone (03)9317-0488, fax (03)9317-0438 or email (info@globaltimesystems.com.au) these through.
